Advocate (1st, 2nd and 3rd shift)
Responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, temporary shelter for adults and their children who are survivors of intimate partner violence at our Hamilton County or Clermont County shelters. Provides shift leadership to advocates to ensure trauma-informed client interactions, follow-through on all procedures, and positive work environment.

Director of People Operations YWCA is looking for a dynamic, organized and people-focused candidate to join the People Operations team as the Director of People Operations. This position provides management, leadership and support to the Human Resources, Operations, IT and Training functions

Executive Services Manager The Executive Services Manager provides direct clerical support services to the CPO, CFO, and COO including but not limited to internal and external communications, maintain and order office supplies for CPO, CFO and COO departments; scheduling/arranging meetings and conferences. This includes inviting attendees, reserving space and equipment, ordering food, preparing agendas and supplies, recording minutes, and assisting with meeting technology.

FJC Justice Center Intervention Coordinator - Bilingual The Family Justice Center Intervention Coordinator works directly with the Assistant Director of Community & Court Services to implement new family justice center work in the Greater Cincinnati area. 

Grants Accountant The The Grants Accountant Performs the accounting functions for programs funded by outside funders and donors. Works closely with the Grants Department in all aspects of managing the financial aspects of the grants. Acts as the liaison between the Accounting Department and program staff in managing grants.

Housing Case Manager The Housing Case Manager is responsible for the delivery of direct services to adult survivors of domestic violence participating in the YWCA Housing Programs.

SafeCare Family Service Provider The Family Service Provider is responsible for the delivery of the SafeCare home, curriculum-based program.
