Safety Specialist
The Safety Specialist will greet all who enter and exit the shelter, assist with new intakes, monitor the full camera system, intercom system, alarm system, and entry/exit system, as well as manage the operations of the hot room.
Intervention Coordinator
The Intervention Coordinator is responsible for the delivery of direct case management services to survivors experiencing intimate partner/domestic violence while temporarily residing in shelter.
Grants Accountant The Grants Accountant performs the accounting functions for programs funded by outside funders and donors and works closely with the Grants Department in all aspects of managing the financial aspects of the grants.
Operations Manager The Operations Manager ensures the efficient and successful functioning of all shelter operations, including client services related to nutrition, basic needs, special events, donations, as well as maintaining a safe, clean, and trauma-informed environment.
Aftercare Coordinator The Aftercare Coordinator provides direct case management services to survivors and their children experiencing intimate partner/domestic violence after their shelter stay.
Weekend Advocate (PT)
Responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, temporary shelter for adults and their children who are survivors of intimate partner violence at our Hamilton County or Clermont County shelters. Provides shift leadership to advocates to ensure trauma-informed client interactions, follow-through on all procedures, and a positive work environment.
